Delivery
All deliveries are done using trusted door-to-door couriers and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us, right up until it’s in your hands!
You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your goods have left our warehouse in Cape Town.
All orders placed online can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.
All orders received by 1pm will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Brandiba and assuming no stock availability issues. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
Delivery Lead Times
Main centres: 1 – 3 working days
Outlying areas: 2 – 5 working days
Extended Delivery Times
Certain items take a little bit longer to get to you, the shipping lead time of such items will be displayed on the website.
Cost of delivery in South Africa
Delivery is free for all orders over R750, otherwise a delivery fee of R75 per order is charged

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Order Placement
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order – do so by going to the cart and clicking “checkout”. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods – we will ship your package within a few business days.
